By creating an account or using No Collar Golf, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use No Collar Golf. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Providing a false date of birth to circumvent the age requirement is a violation of these Terms and will result in immediate permanent account termination.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately through the Support page if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Post content that is harassing, threatening, defamatory, or illegal.
- Post, share, or link to explicit pornographic content of any kind.
- Post content that depicts, glorifies, or celebrates violence, self-harm, or harm to others.
- Impersonate another person or create a false identity.
- Spam, scrape, or automate interactions with the platform.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
- Post content that infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
- Share personal information of others without their consent.
- Falsify handicap scores, round data, or any golf statistics on the platform.
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination without notice.
4. Golf Data — Accuracy and Integrity
No Collar Golf relies on self-reported and league-verified golf data including handicap indexes and round scores. You are responsible for entering accurate and honest data. Deliberately entering false scores or handicap information undermines the integrity of the platform and may result in account termination.
Handicap calculations displayed on No Collar Golf are for informational and social purposes. They are not a substitute for official USGA or WHS handicap records maintained by a certified golf association.
5. Location — Safety
No Collar Golf allows you to optionally set your general location (city and state only — your exact coordinates are never stored). If you enable the setting to make your location visible on your profile, your city and state will be displayed to other users.
- Only enable location visibility if you are comfortable with other users knowing your general area.
- Do not share your precise address or daily routine with users you do not know.
- If you feel unsafe due to unwanted contact, use the block feature immediately and contact us through the Support page.
No Collar Golf is not responsible for harm resulting from your choice to make your location visible.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant No Collar Golf a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute your content within the platform. You are solely responsible for the content you post.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. You may delete your own account at any time from your account Settings page, or by contacting support.
8. Disclaimers
No Collar Golf is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or the accuracy of user-submitted golf data. Handicap and scoring information on this platform is not a substitute for official records maintained by a certified golf association.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, No Collar Golf and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
10. Support
The Support page is available for technical issues, abuse reports, account help, and any other concerns. We take all reports seriously.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
